Brian Wilson will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Pet Sounds at the Fox Theatre on Septemebr 9. He will b ejoined by fellow The Beach Boys Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin to play Pet Sounds in its entirety as well as some rare cuts and greatest hits.
Pet Sounds was released on May 16, 1966, which has become to be known as a masterpiece. Songs such as “God Only Knows,” “I Just Wasn't Made for These Times,” “Caroline No,” and the album’s title track are as sweet and devastating as they were the day they were written.
