Join us at Avalon on September 2nd for a night of grimey bass and dubstep featuring Crankdat, Nightowls, Riot Ten, and Thugli.
Crankdat is a 19 year-old DJ from Kent, Ohio who has remixed the likes of Bro Safari, Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, NGHTMRE, and Skrillex. His distinct trap-infused style and production technique has given him a platform to make his re-cranks, VIP edits, and bootlegs for the masses. Be sure not miss Crankdat this Friday as he brings his heavy trap and hip hop beats to CONTROL’s dancefloor.
Los Angeles natives Nightowls have been making waves with their recent string of releases, including a remix for Fool’s Gold Records artists Callie Reiff and Dapp, as well as numerous collabs with Sam F. Known in LA’s underground community for keeping the energy on-pace in their DJ sets, Nightowls is set to turn the floor upside down this Friday at CONTROL.
Hailing from El Paso, Texas, Riot Ten is heading to Avalon to fill the floor with aggressive wobbles and machine gun rhythms. With releases on massive labels like Firepower, Elysian, and Buygore Records, Riot Ten are the dark dubstep overlords you never knew you needed.
Canadian duo Thugli, comprised of Pat Drastik & Tom Wrecks, has already racked massive releases on Mad Decent, Dim Mak, and Fool’s Gold. Their productions include bootlegs of tracks by Vic Mensa, Kanye West, A$AP Rocky, and Rick Ross, as well as a line of originals that boasts their unique brand of trap music.
