Star Shaped Club Presents...
Not content with being “The biggest and best Britpop night in the country”(TicketWeb UK) and the acknowledged leaders of the Britpop revival, Star Shaped wanted to bring even more joy to Britpop fans across the country and so…
Remember when Indie clubs were good? When the charts were filled with great bands? Remember when your weekly reading was the NME and Melody Maker? And the highlight of your month was the release dates of Select and Vox magazine? We do. Star Shaped is the biggest and best Britpop night in the country and now it presents to you, the inaugural; Star Shaped Festival!
A truly special night awaits. 3 rooms, 2 floors, 1 massive Britpop party until 4am!
This is not your standard festival. There are no tents, no overpriced food, no need to fund a whole weekends worth of drinking, just one perfect day/night. No being miles away from the bands, watching them on a little screen and having the sound blown around everywhere - The Garage is a very small and intimate venue. Most artists playing Star Shaped Festival sell out venues far, FAR larger on their own, let alone alongside a line up like this! Needless to say, tickets will go QUICKLY. Don’t delay, grab yours today and start looking forward to THE Britpop event of the year!
? Shed Seven - An ultra rare singalong acoustic set!
? The Bluetones - A totally exclusive to this event, acoustic set! See them as you’ve never seen them before.
? Space - Full band set from those Scouse scamps.
? Republica - Saffron will be performing a selection of Republica classics alongside covers of her favourite songs/influences with a full band! Not to be missed!
? Alan McGee - The man, the legend... Will be giving one of his rare DJ sets featuring all of the Creation Records classics.
? Hurricane #1 - Step Into My World, Only The Strongest Will Survive...
? The Seahorses - Chris Helme will be rolling back the years with a solo acoustic set!
? The Real People - Oasis' pals, influences, and co-writers (Columbia and Rockin' Chair) will be showing us just why Noel was such a fan!

? Popscene - A tribute to Blur. Anyone who saw them at Star Shaped last year will tell you just how good they are. And who doesn't want to jump around to Blur in a small intimate setting rather than Hyde Park?
? Star Shaped DJs all night and until 4am. Time Out: “London’s best indie club. Proving that there’s still life left in London’s indie scene, this monthly party is an explosion of pure, vintage Britpop . Accredited by artists of the era as The Home of Britpop”, the legendary club will be ensuring the party goes on long into the night...
