Interested in working at the XL Center? Join us for our part-time job fair!
Open positions include:
Facility Worker
Custodian
Ticket Seller
Guest Services
Event Security (Must have an active Connecticut Guard Card)
We ask that you only apply for one of the positions listed above. To fill out an application prior to the job fair it can be downloaded here (www.xlcenter.com/assets/doc/Employment-Application-1.pdf), printed and brought with you. We will have copies for you to fill out once on-site at the job fair if you are unable to bring one with you. Please note that background checks will be made prior to hiring. Due to the large amount of applicants, please be prepared to wait upon your arrival to the job fair. Interviews last up to 10 minutes per person so we appreciate your patience.
Job Descriptions:
Facility Worker: This position is responsible for ensuring set-up and tear downs for events are completed according to specifications in a safe and timely manner.
Custodian: This position is responsible for ensuring facility meets or exceeds standards of cleanliness and maintenance to the utmost in guest satisfaction.
Ticket Seller: Assist guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner with ticket purchases, distribution of Will Call tickets and accurate information pertaining to the XL Center and events held in the building.
Guest Services: This position is responsible for ensuring all visitors to the XL Center receive a superior experience.
Event Security: Must have an active Connecticut Guard Card. The position is responsible for ensuring the safety of visitors to the XL Center and the security of restricted areas and the facility in general.
