This Belgian band has, since they saw the light twenty years ago, played shows at festivals throughout Europe, appeared on national TV, had proper radio hits, played GROEZROCK and even toured Brazil a couple of times. See you in the pit!
Headliner: Not On Tour
Born in the streets of Tel Aviv in the summer of 2008, incubated near the salty sting of the Dead Sea, Not On Tour is a clean-cut, female-lead, hardcore pop band. Four Tel Aviv punkers, Valer (Guitar), Nir (Bass), Gutzy (Drums) and Sima (vocals), were never certain they could take their raw energy, pitch perfect vocals, and razor-sharp melodic punk rock out of the Holy Land and on the road. 7 years, 4 albums, 5 international tours and 56 songs later, it’s clear the band is joining the diaspora of touring musicians world wide.
Not on Tour has become a household name in Tel Aviv’s music scene, having performed over 100 home shows, selling out almost every gig, and packing every space from the underground, night club scene to large concert halls like the Barby club and Levontin. Not On Tour has released 3 full length albums and an EP: Self Titled (2010), N.O.T (2011), All This Time (2012), Bad Habits (2015). Currently you will find Not on Tour on the upcoming 2016 Warped Tour compilation, headlining shows in Tel Aviv, continually writing, rehearsing, and in the studio to keep bringing their signature dance-friendly, lyrical hardcore pop to music fans.
After playing with Fat Wreck Chords punkrock legends A Wilhelm Scream and Strung Out in Japan in May the band will be back in Europe to play Spain and Portugal in October.
In January 2017 they will then finally return to Europe to play ten shows in Germany, Belgium and Czech Republic
“Their experience shows in the end product. They are precise and polished. It’s overall faster and cleaner while being more complex than you find with newer bands...opening for Off With Their Heads, Teenage Bottle Rocket and Masked Intruder.” - Dying Scene, 2015
