We are thrilled and very, very excited to announce Den Sorte Skole will be on our stage for a rare UK performance this November.
Den Sorte Skole's live performances are like dark symphonic trips unfolding on samplers, turntables and effect-machines with tons of samples flying through the speakers.
They sample fragments of sound from old vinyl-records from all corners of the world and genres as diverse as folk, psych rock, early electronic music, noise, all kinds of so-called world-music, classical music and field recordings and take listeners on a unique journey through musical history and beyond.
After Den Sorte Skole have taken us through unique journey through musical history and beyond, DJ's continue the adventure through til 4am.
The £5 entry goes towards helping us continue to operate as an experiment in ethical business, including working with local artists and musicians to put on free events and we are very grateful for the organisers of this event, and Den Sorte Skole.
