South London singer-songwriter Jake Isaac has been making music since his father introduced him to Paul Simon as a kid. Fast-forward to 2014, Jake spent the year touring the UK and Europe, which included playing a slew of festivals, most notably on the coveted Other Stage at Glastonbury. Jake has also supported several artists on tour including Paloma Faith, Ella Eyre and Bernhoft across the UK. But never the less, he made himself a name for heartwarming and flamy live performances where he shows his passion in soul, folk and indie-rock music. He combines all these musical styles and produces his own kind of sound with a big recognition value.
His EP War Child , released in 2014 while at Glastonbury, went straight into the Top 10 in the iTunes singer-songwriter charts. War Child revealed a wealth of fresh talent to be found in Isaac, from the beautiful, soaring Hope to the energetic melodies of Long Road . Jake also collaborated with Josh Record on his track Never Leave and released a soulful duet with his friend JP Cooper on Carry You Home . As if this record wasn't already moving enough, Isaac exceled himself with his 2015 EP Where We Belong which included earworms like Home or I'm A Man . Songs like these show the musician's talent for telling deep stories and presenting them in an emotional but never cheesy way. A soundtrack for the pure heart, directly from the soul of a brilliant storyteller.
