After the hiatus at our 25th birthday, Basics is back for one of our traditional New Years Eve gatherings, aptly in our home of worship, Church. This year we bring one of Leeds' most renowned and loved local artists, Miguel Campbell, to the club to bring in the New Year with a bang. Miguel has done his city proud in becoming an internationally touring DJ and producer and will be playing at Back To Basics as the clock strikes 12 for three whole hours. He will play in the main room alongside residents Ralph Lawson and Dave Beer.
In The Chapel we have a very special label showcase from Constant Sound, the imprint headed up by two of Basics most exciting and younger residents, Burnski and Jon Woodall. On their roster they have a ripe selection of underground talent, which here will be represented by a third Basics regular Laura Jones, not to mention a headline live performance from Mosaic founder Steve O'Sullivan.
