DESCRIPTION
Rootmaster presents BENGALA, a hard-hitting Italian afro-funk fusion collective, grown from a percussion and horns ensemble into a searing 10-piece, blending afrobeat, polyrhythms and jazz. This is their first UK outing following the release this month of their self-titled debut, after several years of touring Italy. They have played festivals across Italy including The Soulside Festival, Metarock and Sconfinando, and have played alongside internationally-acclaimed names such as the Tuareg guitarist Bombino.
