Native California rockers Papa Roach will bring their triple platinum talent to the Starlight Theater stage at 8 p.m., Friday, July 29, at Pala Casino Spa & Resort. The performance will be a general admission “no chair show.” Fans can bring small blankets and towels to sit on.
When Papa Roach’s first major-label album, Infest, went triple platinum in 2000, the band was off and running and never looked back. The Vacaville rockers prolific success continued with Lovehatetragedy, which went gold in 2002, followed by Getting Away With Murder, which went platinum in 2004. Then came the Paramour Sessions, 2006; Metamorphasis, 2009; Time For Annihilation, 2010; The Connection, 2012, and now F.E.A.R., 2015. Papa Roach has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide and is best known for its major hits, “Last Resort,” “Between Angels and Insects,” “Getting Away With Murder,” “Scars,” “Forever,” “Lifeline” and Face Everything and Rise.”
