In late 2010 after a chance meeting between Faadaras and Jimmy Page an instant bond was formed. Through Jimmy came guitarist Russell Raisey and upon finding a classy new drummer in Sam Ferrara and Tony only a phone call away the latest incarnation of The Majestic was born.
With over 40 shows and festivals in their first year, The Majestic are also adding ‘hardest working’ to their list of superlatives. Currently working on their live album, The Majestic continue to thrill audiences with their brand of Roots Rock Reggae.

“Great bands, great beer, great sounds, great people. You cant ask for much more… except maybe a cheeky little reggae band to finish the day off. And lo and behold, on came Mental Block playing the festival out as only they can. Reggae in the sunshine….. Just what we needed.”
– Derek Lines – Wakefield express/Music scene/The guide
Mental Block are an original Wakefield reggae/dub/psychedelic band! Currently playing the UK summer festival circuit with a heavy mix of dub, ska, reggae and folk, this is a festival, in a band, in a groove of their own making. Knees up!

With a solid background in the underground scene of London and the South East, El Diablo has also played at Secret Garden, Nettle, Small World and abroad in France and Turkey. A truly eclectic selector, he ranges across genres and always keeps the dance floor vibe energetic and lively. Devilishly good.
