Please hold on to your tickets. Tickets originally purchased for the Saturday, August 20, 2016 AND Friday, December 9, 2016 concerts will be honored on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 8:00PM.
Refunds must be made at the original point of purchase. If you purchased online or over the phone, please call 1-888-9-AXS-TIX. If you purchased at the STAPLES Center/Microsoft Theater Box Offices, you must return your tickets there to receive your refund. If you did not purchase through AXS or the STAPLES Center/Microsoft Theater Box Offices, please go to the place where you purchased your tickets to request a refund.
